As the principal of Integral-FX, Inc. Anthony Simonaitis, as a freelance special effects professional, has designed and or overseen complex special effects sequences and devices involving pyrotechnics, explosives and a wide array of mechanical systems and massive water effects sets used in the creation of many iconic action sequences in major motion pictures throughout his long and varied career. With stints in aerospace testing, explosives manufacturing, and commercial hard rock blasting, and a strong background in science and engineering principles, I am uniquely qualified to create and assess complex special effects and related work.

Currently licensed for explosives and pyrotechnics federally and in several states. Have held blasters licenses and explosives licenses in several other states/countries as needed over the years. Longstanding member of International Society of Explosives Engineers as well as member and/or guest speaker at several different ISEE regional chapters. Board member of the Alliance of Special Effects and Pyrotechnic Operators. Member of the International Pyrotechnics Society.
